Car Park Rules
When entering the Pavilion please ensure that you have your own individual ticket.
Please keep the noise down when entering and departing the Pavilion. Please leave quietly and respect the residents who live in the area. Over the last few years we have seen many venues closing, some due to noise issues.
PLEASE NOTE ANY CAR PARKED AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE/GATE WILL BE TOWED AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
All car registrations will be logged; if someone is asked to move their car and does not comply they will be banned from all PRIVATE AFFAIR events.
We have very few venues to party in, so let’s work together to keep this one!
Parking around the Pavilion
Parking is on a first-come first-served basis. Spaces are reserved for Pavilion and EMC staff. The gate will be closed when the car park is full, with spaces available for EMC staff only.
Parking spaces are available at St. Mary and St. George church, and on side roads near the pavilion: Cranley Gardens, Farrer Road, Park Avenue, South Approach from Priory Road, Barrington Road, and Harefield Road.
